Kimchi Master Lee Ha Yeon, who was flown in from Korea, showed willing students how to make their own kimchi out of Napa cabbage, salt, water, gochugaru  - Korean red chilli flakes, garlic, ginger and sugar.<br />
<br />
The fermented dish is renowned for its many health benefits particularly for the gut biome.<br />
and can be kept in the fridge for up to a  year.<br />

As is tradition in Korean she also fed the students by hand to taste the spicy delicacy<br />
