Belgian police issue new CCTV in the hunt for the man variously known as "the man in white" or "the man in the hat"
He was seen alongside Ibrahim El-Bakraoui and Najim Laachraoui shortly before they detonated suicide bombs in the departure hall, killing 14 people.
